Jan 4th - May 31st	$1050 per week
May 31st - Sept 4th	$1155 per week
Sept 4th - Dec 17th	$1050 per week
Dec 17th - Jan 4th 2009	$1695 per week
3 night minimum at $200 to $300 per night
Air conditioning available at $100 per week
Monthly rates range from $3600 to $4000
13.25% Hawaii tax on all rentals
$200 cleaning fee
$400 refundable security deposit required
All rates subject to change
